I have to get this recipe posted, both for you and for me. It turned out so well and was great to decorate with. Thanks Mom Moore for giving it to me!
2 Tbs butter
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, plus more to get desired consistency
2 Tbs whipping cream
2 Tbs milk
1/4 tsp lemon extract or 1 Tbs lemon juice (or vanilla)
Mix together. Add more powdered sugar or milk to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!!
