Allergic or Sensitive?

I am perplexed. In Taryn's allergy appointment, she came up as completely negative for milk. A week or so later, we gave her formula at church. She drooled out the side of her mouth and broke out into hives along the milk's path. Then, a couple days later, we gave her mac'n'cheese. This is what happened.

Since then, I've noticed that as long as it doesn't touch her skin, she can eat products with milk in them. But if it touches her skin, she breaks out. So, if she's not allergic to milk, what is she?

Makenzie had that for a while. Her doctor said it was just a little skin allergic reaction to dairy products. Something in the dairy irritated her skin. She could eat and drink dairy products, we just had to be careful that it didn't touch her skin. It eventually went away.
