That's the song playing on Pandora right now and I was JUST thinking that today is the most perfect, beautiful day I have seen in years. We had 80s and 90s up to the last day of August and then September came. WHAM! 60s and 70s. September has been my favorite month of the year for a long time but this one is proving to be perfect. I love 60s and 70s. And today is absolutely gorgeous. Its supposed to get up to 68!
We opened up the doors and spent some time outside this morning. I just worked in the garden and enjoyed every second of it. Except removing my pumpkin plants. They just didn't make it this year. But my tomatoes are FINALLY red! I've got to plan a meal that uses tomatoes now!
This weather makes me want to pull out all my autumn decor, sweaters, and Christmas music. I want to make apple pie filling, pumpkin cookies and ginger cookies, oreo truffles, and especially caramel apples!! I can't wait! I LOVE this time of year!!!
