When we were in Utah, I was telling my sister, Kerri, that I sometimes feel like Keara doesn't like me. I mean, she'll want me when she's hurt or sad, but she just doesn't seem to like me very much. You know how other moms say "When my child does something wrong and then says, "I love you mommy" it makes everything okay" ? Well, Keara had never told me she loved me. Not on her own accord, at least.
Shortly after telling Kerri that, Keara started telling me "I love you mommy!" It was so sweet. I have appreciated it so much from her. She'll come to me, give me a huge hug, and then say "I love you". I tell her it a thousand times a day. I hope she really understands that she is truly loved.

Keara totally knows she is loved! That's what gives her the freedom to explore and play and do everything so securely that she does!!! SOOO sweet that she tells you though!!! Keep feeding her the line, too, and she'll pick up on it!
