It's been a busy week. I have started watching our neighbor's daughter, Ayla, again. She is 4 weeks older than Taryn and I'll be watching her every day of the week while her parents work. There've been some tough moments adjusting to having her in our home again, but each day seems to get better. Keara and Taryn enjoy her and she seems to enjoy having more companionship.

Keara got to have a friend come over to play. I've really enjoyed doing little activities with Keara and we shared this one of homemade playdough with her friend, Skylie. I tried a new recipe and didn't like it very much. But the girls didn't know the difference.

Taryn also demonstrated her new skill today: climbing stairs. We've been trying to teach her how to go DOWN before she learns to go up, but she loves going up so much that she gets so mad when we drag her down the stairs. She had such a ball climbing today. That is, until she fell back down. Maybe she'll get the right way to go down soon.
